The Samurai is an Attacker Type unit unlocked at Player Level 3.
Description: “Knocks down all units that are in the way of the IAI (quick draw) attack. Effective against grouped targets and shields.”
Samurai has low hp and medium-high damage for an attacker. Its priority targets are melee units.
Samurai is currently one of the two units in game that can knock down shields, the other is Blast Gunner.
Samurai can do an IAI attack, which does not deal more damage, but consists in dashing forward in a short distance unsheating its katana on enemy units in range (this attack has some attack radius), knocking them back and blasting away their shields.
The Samurai has also a minor skill: after succesfully killing/destroying its target (or it being destroyed/killed by friendly units), if the next objective it locks on is not next to it (in that case it approaches it with the katana already unsheated), this unit sheathes back his weapon and charges at his target again, ready to perform another IAI attack. Also, the dash can prevent it from being harmed by ranged bullets, although not from all of them and not always.
